With over 15 years of experience in architecture and 20 years in business, Evelien and Bart — the founders of Nidum Projects — bring together two worlds that are essential to quality real estate development.
They were struck by how many neglected homes sit empty in otherwise vibrant Alicante neighborhoods.
With Nidum Projects, they’ve made it their mission to turn those empty spaces into sustainable, high-quality homes that truly serve the people who live in them — and strengthen the communities around them.

More than 14% of Spanish homes are vacant, and there is an ever-growing shortage of residential housing. Instead of expecting the city to make new land available, we aspire to replace rundown buildings with new, comfortable homes.
